horrible -- you need to buy everything even wifi This is not a hotel -- this is a brothel for workers ..full of smelly workers and the rooms smell...and you need to buy a cup or a glass or toilet paper or cleaning? REALLY? the worst experience of my life and I come from a so called "3rd world country" .... I've seen a lot in my life

Never Again This hotel should add racism and prejudice to its list of amenities. Horrible desk staff, the rooms only get cleaned once every two weeks, and it's insanely far from downtown. Not a good place for people traveling on business, I would recommend the Motel 6 Austin North Central.

Staff was decent (not excelling in customer service). There were no add on options available when we arrived (sold out of dishware that's advertised). The hotel accidentally charged us more when we arrived, so they decided to make it better by offering us free wifi. I had to go all the way downstairs to pick up more toilet paper. The elevator was covered in crumbs and dirt the entire week and had an awful smell. The room was smelly and the lights were so bright. Never again Dirty towels on the bathroom floor, trash already piled in the trash can and only a half made up bed. Front desk said it was the only room available. Very gross not worth the price I slept in my truck.
