Staff was decent (not excelling in customer service). There were no add on options available when we arrived (sold out of dishware that's advertised). The hotel accidentally charged us more when we arrived, so they decided to make it better by offering us free wifi. I had to go all the way downstairs to pick up more toilet paper. Never again Dirty towels on the bathroom floor, trash already piled in the trash can and only a half made up bed. Front desk said it was the only room available. Very gross not worth the price I slept in my truck.
Stanley & Twyla were both wonderful but room wasn't clean, over priced amenities and Internet never worked after purchasing. Room size unexpectedly small for extended stay hotel.
Carpets are dirty and smoking smell through out the hotel.
