So the room was dirty, the shower head did not work properly, the toilet constantly ran no matter what you did to it, there was no phone and the AC broke. Now, when the AC broke I will admit that they had a service tech on site in less than 15 minutes and they were able to fix it, but that is about the only real good thing that we can say about this joint. Sent to 3 different rooms... 1st room had dirty table with cigarette butts and dirty wet towels outside door. 2nd room FULL of dog hair on floor, bed and chairs. 3rd room sheets were dirty with a drop of blood and makeup smudged on a few spots. Also no shower curtain. They had no room to offer after that. SO DISGUSTING!

Hotel is dirty. Room was not available at 4:30 Staff and manager were rude and wanted me to wait till 5:30. I had a meeting to attend and left without staying there and they still charged me

Smells like cigarettes even when I paid for a nonsmoking room. Place smells like cigs and pot. Very disappointed

Worst hotel I have every been too! Booked a room here for 13days. Arrived a little early to check in and was told room wasn’t ready. Told them I would not be able to return till 10pm to check in. Returned to check in at 10pm and was told I had a reservation on the phone you use for late check in and would send property manager down to check me in. A few minutes later a woman came in and told me they did not have any rooms available. Told me they were cleaning them at 10:30pm at night and I could return around 12:30am or 1am ... read more

Terrible place I called ahead of time told them we would be getting in late. We arrived at 10:45PM. No one was there. I called for 45 min getting recordings. Finally got lucky and a cleaning person walked by and woke up the person to check us in. The AC didn't work and the room was hot. Terrible place to stay. Can't believe orbitz would list something like this!

Stay at your noses expense Not too clean, and the room reeked of urine and smoke
