Hotel is dirty. Room was not available at 4:30 Staff and manager were rude and wanted me to wait till 5:30. I had a meeting to attend and left without staying there and they still charged me
Smells like cigarettes even when I paid for a nonsmoking room. Place smells like cigs and pot. Very disappointed
Worst hotel I have every been too! Booked a room here for 13days. Arrived a little early to check in and was told room wasn’t ready. Told them I would not be able to return till 10pm to check in. Returned to check in at 10pm and was told I had a reservation on the phone you use for late check in and would send property manager down to check me in. Terrible place I called ahead of time told them we would be getting in late. We arrived at 10:45PM. No one was there. I called for 45 min getting recordings. Finally got lucky and a cleaning person walked by and woke up the person to check us in. The AC didn't work and the room was hot. Terrible place to stay. Can't believe orbitz would list something like this!

Woodsprings STINKS Room was super clean but the whole place smelled inside the room and the halls.
