Sorry to bug you, but our room is already taken My review is actually for the Woodspring Suites in Round Rock, Texas, as the Woodspring Suites-Austin Aquarium called a day before my scheduled arrival to tell me that they overbooked and that I’d need to relocate to their sister location. Looked like it had not been updated in 20 years - kind of dirty, smelly. I was actually a little shocked at what I got when I walked in the door.

Awful place ruined my trip to Austin kinda. Phone charger was stolen staff denied it and was evasive and rude about me asking about it. Went a whole night locked out of my bathroom. The number to call for service was busy the entire night. Rude staff things go missing unhelpful and seedy people. Never stay here.

1st shift, horrible CS. There was no shower cutrain in bathroom, and to be charged for unstayed nights is ridiculous

I Survived I'm disappointed to say the least. The room had no amenities like coffee pot, or cups,iron or ironing board, no clothes hangers. I woke up and had like an allergic reaction to the sheets, so I washed them myself and realized the next day it was infested with bed bugs. I had several bites from head to toe. I I formed the mnger and they got me another room. Thought can only get better from here but I was wrong. The room they put me in had no lights working. Not At All What We Expected Had we known that this hotel was primarily a temporary residential hotel, housing people between homes, jobs etc, we would not have reserved a room for a week stay. We were on vacation. There were absolutely no amenities - one tiny bar of soap in the bathroom, none for the tub, no hair dryer (a staple in every motel we've stayed in.
