Sxsw never again Location was perfect. Hotel doesnt service rooms daily and offfice closes at 8 which is a hassle if anything goes wrong after office hours.

I got zero sleep.. walls are paper thin. As much as my neighbor tried, he could not drown out the traffic noise with his tv...

Uncomfortable stay I did not like my stay here. The room did not feel "home" like. It felt like I was at bootcamp or a boarding site. At 8AM we got a rude knock on the door by housekeeping asking when we are checking out and check out is at 11AM. I feel as that was not necessary and it woke me up.

You Don't Get What You Don't Pay For Disappointing. I was expecting the Comfort Inn level of quality, and got the Motel 6 level instead.

awful people running this terrible place if i can give zero rating, that is the rate i am giving this hotel. very rude and arrogant manager, very unhelpful and disrespectful. insists on us staying in a damp stinky wet room. instead of finding us another room to stay, told us he will give us back money and mind you this is at 8pm with two little children with us, hungry and tired from a 3 hour travel. really ruined the night for us. no thanks to Woodspring Suites Austin Aquarium. definitely NOT recommending this place.

horribe hotel! This was a horrible hotel. I slept with the lights on and the room was dirty/noisy and I was exhausted in the morning for my meeting. Avoid this hotel at all cost. Pay the extra money and stay at a better hotel.

Not even if its free. No one answers the phone (when I called to confirm reservation, to request assistance with rowdy neighbors at 3am, when inquiring about laundry; you have to catch them when they are willing to help.) Paper thin walls. Inconsistent policies/procedures. Ridiculously impractical/inconveinent laundry system. Poorly equipped amenities (stoves but no pots and pans due to them being on"back order"). Sketchy neighborhood, room reeked of cigarettes The room was clean but smelly. The neighborhood was sketchy. If this hotel had been $35-$50 I would have been fine with it but my mom paid $100 to spend a night here and it was definitely NOT worth the money.
