Noisy and bad service Took 20 minute before anyone came to open the front office. The walls are very thin. You can hear people walking on the floor above. People were walking on the floor above us literally all night. The bed was small.
I really wish I did not stay here... There was no one at the front desk to assist upon arriving to check in. There was a bad odor throughout the building. My room honestly had me feeling ill when I awoke. I am so upset and did not sleep comfortably. My bed sheets were stained and dirty. I asked the front desk for new ones and double layered the bed. The restroom toilet top seat was dirty and so were the restroom counters. I arrived extremely exhausted only to leave from here still extremely exhausted.

Not good at all The hotel had bed bugs. We took pictures and everything. Woke up the next morning with bites all over. The staff were helpful and nice but bed bugs is the last thing you want at a hotel
The management is the problem with this place. Everything I get at any other Woodspring location is against the rules or an extra charge here.
Horrible experience First off we got there and there was no room ready for us. Then the second night they had some trouble since we had reserved the room through orbitz/Expedia. No house keeping the entire time we were there. And to top it all off I was charged twice for my stay. Also when checking out, there was no receptionist to take out keys or talk to about being charged twice. Horrible stay to say the least. Never going back to any of the WoodSprings hotel.
Sorry to bug you, but our room is already taken My review is actually for the Woodspring Suites in Round Rock, Texas, as the Woodspring Suites-Austin Aquarium called a day before my scheduled arrival to tell me that they overbooked and that I’d need to relocate to their sister location. I don’t know which was worse: Walking into a room already occupied (using the room key and room number provided by the front desk staff upon checkin), or finding roaches (both baby and full grown) in the room we eventually ended up in.
