Hotel was overbooked. Hotel staff was rude not not helpful at all in finding a solution. Told me I had to wait until 8pm to see IF I would be able to get a room or not.

The place is a dump. I’ll just come out and say it. I woke up to a cockroach on my neck. There were multiple cockroaches on the counter and one dead one stuck to the wall. My bedsheet was stained brown as if someone dirty had been laying on it a long time without washing it. My stay was scheduled for five nights but I left after the first night with this experience. HORRIBLE!!!!! Worst experience EVER!!!! We checked in to a “suite” with NO linen, NO shower curtain, NO toilet paper, NO towels, food in the fridge, dried PUKE in the ONLY wastebasket in the room, NO working phone & NO working TV! Several other ppl complained only for us all to be told NO refunds. Had to bring the towels the finally gave us downstairs to get more. When I said that was ridiculous because room should’ve been cleaned & fresh towels/linens left, I was told they didn’t go into rooms because of COVID. I left puke ... read more

TERRIBLE HOTEL!!! Entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, multiple tenets were playing loud music in rooms, and multiple dogs were heard barking in rooms. Did not even have the chance to check-in as we waited over an hour for the front desk clear to show up. Outside of hotel looked like section 8.
