Misleading I thought that I was getting a double bed but that's only a full size. No coffee, ice or cups. The staff goes out of the office at 11. There were strange people wandering around the halls. Very creepy. The staff was nice and kind however I would not stay there again.

Everything messy. Arrived at 10.30pm was told there is no room yet I had a confirmed reservation. I was left out on the hallway to wait I was finally given a room key at 11:56pm. I was very disappointed. The hotel next to this is very good so just go to red roof in its cheaper and better service.

They have a hateful attitude I booked a room in advance in Round Rock. When I got to the hotel on Christmas night they told me they had overbooked the hotel and that they had no clean rooms for me. They said it would take about an hour to clean. It was close to 1 in the morning and I didn't want to go out and try to find a room, so I told them I would wait. Then they said it would take probably closer to 2 hours to clean. I got the impression my kind was not wanted there.

Staff was nice enough. Not enough laundry cards. Internet did not work with the expedia purchase. Nickle/dime you for everything else and then some......bed stiff as a board. "Value" Place? Not really.

Never Again The pressure on the shower and the air conditioning are about the only good things here. Expensive!! front desk closed after 4pm on a Saturday?!?! There's no answer, ever, on the phone they have there for "service". Took almost half an hour to flag someone down. Beds?? Just a cot with a mattress on it. I opened the window and ended up with 2fleas on my arm. No WiFi. For the price, not even a coffee pot in the room... NEVER AGAIN.

Never again! The A/C did not operate properly. The bed was awful! Very hard and uncomfortable. Very low quality. Metal bed frame off the floor. The office closed at 4:00pm on a Saturday! Ridiculous!

Don't stay here Booked a nonsmoking room. Asked to check in early because we were going to be gone all day so they gave us keys to a room on first floor. Later that night we tried to open our room and our keys didn't work. Went to front desk to get a new key and they said they had given our room to someone else!!! We got stuck in a very dirty smoking room. I have asthma and was miserable for the entire stay and they did absolutely nothing to accommodate us
