Odd. We were not impressed. There was never anyone at the front desk. When we did get someone, she couldn't find our reservation that we had made a few weeks prior to arrival. She put both rooms in the name of our employee instead of ours. ZERO housekeeping the entire 8 days, and no one around for check out. The bed was too short for my hubby who is 6ft, and a double definitely is not wide enough for 2 normal sized people. Otherwise, the shower was hot, had great pressure and the best part of the 8 days there.

Bad TV didn't work,ac,bad customer service, maintenance man lied about me telling him about TV and ac ,ghetto

Not ever again Too much cost for zero service, no coffee in rooms, ridiculous extended cost for clean linens, rooms only cleaned every 7 days. Have to go to office to exchange towels and get new toilet paper. Might good for a quick overnight stay but for extended stay forget it

Misleading I thought that I was getting a double bed but that's only a full size. No coffee, ice or cups. The staff goes out of the office at 11. There were strange people wandering around the halls. Very creepy. The staff was nice and kind however I would not stay there again.

Everything messy. Arrived at 10.30pm was told there is no room yet I had a confirmed reservation. I was left out on the hallway to wait I was finally given a room key at 11:56pm. I was very disappointed. The hotel next to this is very good so just go to red roof in its cheaper and better service.

They have a hateful attitude I booked a room in advance in Round Rock. When I got to the hotel on Christmas night they told me they had overbooked the hotel and that they had no clean rooms for me. They said it would take about an hour to clean. It was close to 1 in the morning and I didn't want to go out and try to find a room, so I told them I would wait. Then they said it would take probably closer to 2 hours to clean. I got the impression my kind was not wanted there.

Staff was nice enough. Not enough laundry cards. Internet did not work with the expedia purchase. Nickle/dime you for everything else and then some......bed stiff as a board. "Value" Place? Not really.
