Marijuana smoke in hall way everyday
Ashtray hotel Expedia list this hotel as being a non-smoking facility. But hotel staff have told me they will not guarantee a non-smoking room and I got placed in a smoking room with no alternative room. This is highly misleading and there was no recourse for this.
I wouldn't stay here again. We booked one location but were notifies the day we arruved that we were moved to a different location. Wr picked our original location because of an event we were attending but we didn't get a choice. We were just told we were moved to a "sister hotel." The hotel was clean and the staff were ok but they hide behind a metal window so there isn't anyone really there. The beds are thin and hard and the shower sounded like a jack hammer going off. Drugs clearly being smoked in rooms and addicts walking halls.
Only stay here becuase its Cheap. If not, move on! Do not expect any kind of customer service at this hotel. From not answering phone, to having to file a credit card dispute when this hotel double charged me, lacks any kind of professionalism. Only reason to stay here is because of the price. Not that you get vaule for your money, but sometimes you just dont want to spen $100 on a room.
Value Place Stay I will never stay at this hotel again.The manager David was very rude. I was charged for local calls, and was not aware that they were not free. They don't tell you this upon check in. However, it's posted on a bulletin board in the room in very, very small writing.On top of that I was charged long distance local calls. When I questioned David about this, he tried to brush me off and say he did not know why I was charged long distance. Made reservations and they change it Made my reservation a month brefore my trip showed up and they told us they only had one full bed and no more 2 bed rooms supposivly they called us when that was a false statement . Ruined things for me and my trip had to stay in a different city because all hotels were booked . BAD BAD BAD
