The room smelled, roaches crawling on the wall and there was hair all over the sheets and stained

The hotel was gross. The hallways smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana. There were cockroaches everywhere. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

Just a last minute place to sleep... Air conditioner barely worked, room got hot at night, unit kicked on once in a while and when it did it was unbearably loud. How does a room not have one single lamp, either on a nightstand or floor lamp? Never heard of a hotel charging $10 for a replacement key card which has a production cost of about .30 cents...

So-so We were expecting a not-smoking room but the smell of smoke kicked off my wife's alergies. One of the mattresses was new and firm, the other was a real sway-back.

Not so good, reason why, when I checked in and.got to my room..it was the wrong room.. it was dirty and had someone else clothes in there

Ashtray hotel Expedia list this hotel as being a non-smoking facility. But hotel staff have told me they will not guarantee a non-smoking room and I got placed in a smoking room with no alternative room. This is highly misleading and there was no recourse for this.
