Smells like weed everywhere in hotel.. Overpriced... Gotta pay for linen fee to exchange your bedding and towels.. Roaches...

Worst hotel ever. Try no towels discovered after you get in the shower. Part time desk staff you can rarely reach by the lobby phone. Have to call to check in. Understaffed; no quality control; absolutely no room amenities; scary place; book it for Halloween for a true horror experience.

The bottom end of extended stays They advertise fully equipped kitchens but nothing is further from the truth. No pots, dishes or flatware. Not even a dish towel. You have to bring your own. No hand towels. Free wifi is for one device only and non-transferable. After that, they charge. At least the room was clean.

ive been to better hotels it just was a hotel of hel* the electric went off in the morning and was off for hrs and the manager just said to wait in our rooms.. they also have pore communication because i would pay and the next day someone would be knocking asking for me to pay again.
Concern My room was not ready for occupancy. Trash in room. Door not even closed. Had to wait an hour for hotel staff to make ready.

A good stay if you're bug friendly The only problem I have with the room is the amount of roaches. I have stayed at other woodspring locations in the Austin area and haven't had this problem at all. Seen about 4-5 just in my first day and I'm here for a week. Clean room, comfy bed, good location but bc of the bugs I won't be returning.

horrible to check in hated it. Took over an hour to check in no one at front desk and no one answered the phone until 45 mins later. and the fan in the bathroom kept waking me up. I won't go back.
will never stay ther again TV did not work and they close the front desk after 10 pm . No hair dryer in room . Vent in bathroom made noise all night .Pillows were cheap . mattress was sad. Not worth 30.00 a night
