Horrible Stay at Woodspring Austin Roaches in Room We arrived on Wednesday night. No one at the check in desk at 8 pm, had to wait in the hallway with our luggage for 40 minutes. No where to sit, no chairs, couch or even a stool. When we finally got a room at 9 15 pm, we paid for two double beds and got a room with ONE bed! Basic dorm style sutable when clean. Hair in tub also hair stuck in the left behind urine. What I really didn't like was when I pulled back the sheets there was long hair. When told me the sheets where not changed. The service people where nice.

Bare minimum I didn't even know any hotel existed that had no ice machine and didn't provide soap or lotion. Now I've experienced it - Wood Springs Suites. Glad I was staying only one night.

Terrible Austin is awesome Woodspring Suites staff not so much. They were unable to provide another shower towel the following morning before checkout. Lobby Bathroom is always locked with staff no where to be found. Terrible hotel

Worst ever This is the WORST hotel I have EVER been too. The front desk tells me at 11:39 pm I cant see the rooms so try back checking in around 30 minutes. I come back at 12:25a.m. He says it may be a hour and a half before I can get you a room. Also stated that we just have to hope to get a room that I have already paid for. Didnt even offer any accommodations or anything. I will never again be staying at this ridiculous hotel nor will I ever refer anyone to stay here. Everything limited but the roaches. Roaches!!!!!!!!!!! I enjoyed everything except the roaches in BOTH of my rooms!!! The staff, except one guy, was friendly. This place still needs alot of work. Problem is, they are on the fence between trying to be a hotel and an "apartment style living" kind of place. I think they use the apartment style title to excuse their slack for being a bad hotel. When I first got there, the outside looked decent but I was wrong once I got in. There was no one at the front desk. I had to wait on someone to come from outside smoking. Then once I was checked in, the room she put me in wasn't clean at all. The bed had t been made, the bed had a stain in it, trash and food all over the floor, and roaches on the wall. I requested another room since they don't do early check-out, but I didn't even stay.
