Not good Very uncomfortable bed and pillows, lots of carpet stains, glow in the dark ink on the wall, train passed by every two hours or so at night making impossible to sleep. Would not recommend.

Showed up at hotel at midnight called in advance to let them know when I would arrive. I had just gotten released from St David’s hospital after a long day of treatment and was too sick to drive home. Showed up at the hotel and no one was at the desk. Dialed 0 from the phone in the lobby as well and no one even answered. Other guests had come by to complain about their room and even stated the service was horrific. Hotel must provide accommodation if confirmation has been given prior to customers. They need to be more responsible in terms of their customer commitments.

They had bed bugs and didn’t tell us about it until we found out in the morning. We were so tired to do a bed bug check before settling down. My wife has bug bites all over. It is a nightmare.

WORST I EVER HAD The WORST I have ever had. I booked for the 11th because we would arrive in the middle of the night. The clerk refused to accept our reservation because it was before checkin hour. Then SOLF us a checkin for the same day as booked us in. This is a very substandard place to stay.

We picked this hotel because it was close by family. The staff that checked us was nice and efficient. The following day I went to the front desk to exchange towels. I waited st least 20 minutes to be helped as the clerk had no sense of urgency and was extremely slow helping the guest in front me. He finally took my wet towels and left me standing there for another 8 minutes. The manager finally handed me some clean towels. The sheets were stained, blankets had holes, pillows were very flat, no wash cloths or blow dryer.

Bad experience in Extended Stay America Austin When we got to the hotel at around 11pm, we were told all rooms have been sold out. AND we are responsible to call hotels.com to fix it.
