Was horrible. Right beside a train track. One customer showed up while I was checking in with a zip lock bag of bed bugs that he caught in his bed. Also they messed up and cancelled my reservation. But I did end up getting my stay for free

Bed bugs were found in bed. No towels, and heater did NOT work. We've been going to this hotel every 3-6 months for the last 2 years and each time we come, it has started declining, however this was the worst time and will not return.

Sorry I didn't find anything about this hotel that I like. In the midnight I couldn't find water to drink. And the location is right next to the train track. So call free breakfast is few garola bars and coffee. This place's service is worse than Austin's metal hospitals.(I sometimes work there, not patient) I am very dissatisfied.

I have stayed at many hotels in my life and this is by far the worse i have ever seen. My family and i checked into the hotel but we decided to check out our room before we started bringing luggage in. The hallway was dark and a had a horrible odor. Once we were in the room, it only got worse. The floor so was sticky that my boot kept getting stuck. The sheets were not clean and the mattress had hard brown pieces all over the mattress. Nightmare Front desk staff was friendly and pleasant. Room was a disaster. List to long for this review to post.
