Poor customer service I was never able to stay there. I called for a late check in and they said ok, here is your room number. We get there and they have our room to someone else and would not accommodate anything for us at 2am

Bedraggled! Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays of my life! The best part is the desk clerk....he was friendly and I felt sorry that his customer service skills were limited to that place. The bad points..the inside of the hotel had dirty carpet and there were several doors that were open for no real reason. Will never stay again The whole building smelled like smoke even though it is a " smoke free" hotel. When we woke up there the first morning, we noticed the fridge and the sink leaking. We advised management and showed him pictures and he told us that he would send maintenance. When we got back that night, the water was cleaned up but the next morning it was the same, so it didn't seem as though anything was fixed. We told the same manager and he kindly changed our rooms. Sad bug hotel First, my double room was given away and I was told to call their sister hotel but they were full. My family and I shared one bed the first night. The next night and for the rest of our trip we were moved to another room. Next, my room had cockroaches (2). Had there been another room available I would have left. Lastly, the tailgating homeless group behind the hotel was scary for a woman traveling alone. Will never recommend or stay at this hotel again.

You can do better No frigerator, no phone i asked can they put one in later they said they dont hve enough theyll have to switch me room (why would this room even be an option) i said ok switch me they said come back later systems is going thruogh an odit. Oh how convienient.

Horrible smell thru hallways, stench odors in room. TOO pet friendly, so many dogs in main lobby area, thought I wad at Petco. Half working fridge....will NEVER stay again or recommend..

Worst experience ever! First of all, the front desk clerk tried to hide out in the back office and not respond when I called for him while standing right at the front desk. I'm quite sure he had a monitor in the office to see me standing there, as most hotels do (although this may not be a "typical" hotel). However, when a tall male guest came by and leaned over the front desk, he was able to actually see the clerk in there at which point he finally came out from the office to help us.
