Filthy property. Security doors from outside to in that will not close. People throwing parties at their cars and leaving dozens of beer bottles out in the lot instead of the trash. Stinky dank moldy smell. Filthy air vents.
Disappointing This is the first "extended stay" type hotel I have stayed at...glad I only booked one nite....not even so much as a paper cup in the room...light bulbs out in ceiling fixtures, drain cover not attached to drain in the shower,toilet paper holder broken...barking dogs.
DO NOT STAY HERAT They didn’t have our reservation. Double charged me. Took cash and charged my card. Then the second night, they gave our room away.
The lobby smelled really bad and the floors throughout the hotel were filthy.
bad service stay there one night TV did not work and the smoke detector was falling out of the ceiling I ask the manager what can be done no one took the initiative to accommodate me .

WARNING!!!!! I'd like to warn people that there might be some scam going on with the staff. The manager told me that since i checked in a day late that i had to disregard my reservation and leave a day early, i had all days booked thru the week but then one morning she got all crazy and yelled at me that i owed more money and said she'd cancel my upcoming reservation if i didn't pay immediately.
