No hot water. Over booked. No bathroom towels and toilet paper.

Worse hotel ever! Bed bugs!!!!!!!!! I did not expect this hotel to be this bad! I have stayed at Extended stays before and they were not bad like this one. This hotel is grosse, bed sheets have yellow stains on them and smell horrible. I was afraid to go to sleep on these and woke up super itchy probably filled with bed bugs! Horrible, worse I have ever stayed at!

Room smelled musty, new vinyl flooring by door and new toilet but everything else looked and smelled like the 80s. You get what you pay for.

After entering the room we noticed how filthy it was and went back down to the front desk and gave back the keys. Soap was opened beds were filthy our shoes stuck to the carpet when walking across it. Broke cabinets... over all disgusting!

You get what you pay for. The fact that I couldn’t find the place to start was stressful. I realized it was behind another hotel. The service was actually pretty good and very helpful. The room as clean but the toilet seat was loose. But since it was super cheap it wasn’t half bad.
