DIRTY! My room was dirty, wasn’t vacuumed. The shower had hair in it. The refrigerator was filthy and there was beer in there! Room smelled very bad. Asked for another room but was told I couldn’t switch rooms. Oh and the door was jammed so it took me about 50 swipes of my key card to open the door. Front desk staff very rude, they don’t even greet you walking in or out of the lobby.
The room door would not lock from the outside. They had also overbooked as well. I could not leave my things in the room because of the broken door. It looked as if they had been broken into before
Booked the non refundable hotel room, meaning, no show or cancellation, i will not be refunded. Meaning, my room was 100% confirmed and will be made available. Reached the hotel with my 7 years old son around 9.30 pm, but the hotel staff said they do not have any room available and the whole hotel is full. He was not attentive to me at all. The entry way smelled like urine. The floors were dirty throughout the hotel. The room was filthy and the fridge didn’t work. Also, when I arrived there was toilet paper stuffed in the peep hole. I couldn’t make this up.
Room was dirty without towel I asked for the room to be clean the staff handed a set of sheets to me and I had to do it myself
I wasn’t pleased and I wouldn’t let my dog stay there the police came out
Terrible experience The hotel was filthy. Hallways full of trash. The whole bottom floor smelled like marijuana being smoked. Room floors were sticky and beds were stained and gross. Not a place that I felt comfortable staying with my kids.
