Ugh!!! Nope! Harmony (front desk) was great. We were a late check in and she got us going. The place itself was gross. Hallways stained with “stuff” all over. Floors outside the elevator filthy. Walls had holes, had to almost do a “warrant breach” to open our room door. Beds were hard. I did like the pillows. The place needs a lot of tlc

Adrian (i hope i got his name correct!) was an angel during booking and check/in last night 1/19. He was so professional, kind and empathetic during a horrible family emergency when my dad needed a quick place to crash for the night with his dogs and even made sure the dogs didn’t run off (i heard the whole conversation on phone) as my dad tried to check-in as he was flustered and incredibly exhausted.
