Get what you pay for it is simple plain Jane. Very hidden and hard to find lots of construction around the property.

On a Scale of 1-10 I give it a 6. My room was good. I was on the third floor. It was quiet and comfortable. The entrance to the hotel off of the access road does not have a sign so you have to watch closely for the driveway. There was construction outside but I did not hear any construction noise from my room. I did hear when trains went by but it wasn't too loud. The front desk staff was lovely, polite, and helpful. The front desk staff was excellent. The young lady who was training did a very nice job and the manager training her had a lot of patience.

Basically OK but room had missing towels, no hangers, and stained furniture. Towels and hangers were provided when asked. Also, the hotel advertised that breakfast would be included but they only offer a box of muffins and pot of coffee next to check in counter with no seating. Somewhat disappointing.
