Property is very dated and rooms are in rough shape. Overall, not a great place to stay.

Staff was the lone ok spot, though I didn’t ever engage with them outside of check in/out. Rooms are run down and there was dirt on the floor by the bed (fake wood laminate floors). Was pretty clear they weren’t cleaned because there were also spots on the floor as if something dripped on the floor and never cleaned up. Staff member Charles was amazing...another women at night was the rudest person we have ever met. The front desk closes and you can't get help or get anyone to check in...had to call number on Expedia and wait an hour for someone to show up. Hotel was very dirty and outdated.

How this place has not been condemned or shut down by the health department is a mystery. One staff member I spoke to was friendly, aside from that this place is horrible. The general areas smell like smoke and weed, the rooms have an overpowering smell of bleach. My first room door lock would not lock, the door was open for anyone to come in. The staff changed my room and the key card they gave me didn't work. After my 3rd attempt to get settled into a room, my room ended up having black mold on the walls around the AC unit... read more

Check in was terrible. No one was at the desk and the next night our key quit working and we couldn't find anyone to help!

Paula at the front desk was really nice, however the quality of the hotel itself is poor. It’s an inconvenience when there’s no one to assist with towels or needed items when the front desk closes and opens at certain hours. The sheets had stains on them and the rooms pictured online, don’t reflect how they look in person. Disappointed I tried to cancel and get a refund, as my week and plans changed, but could not. Paid a ridiculous amount for one night. I will it be using hotels.com again.
