Paula at the front desk was really nice, however the quality of the hotel itself is poor. It’s an inconvenience when there’s no one to assist with towels or needed items when the front desk closes and opens at certain hours. The sheets had stains on them and the rooms pictured online, don’t reflect how they look in person. We were so dissatisfied, to the point we had to change our two day trip into one, because the hotel was a complete mess. Disappointed I tried to cancel and get a refund, as my week and plans changed, but could not. Paid a ridiculous amount for one night. I will it be using hotels.com again.

Stayed here for a business trip. They don't offer breakfast and there roaches in our room.
After a long day of driving, was looking forward to a good night sleep, boy was I wrong. Maybe got 2-3 hours of sleep. One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. Full of roaches and all i get from staff is..."I'm sorry". Never ever again will we stay at this establishment. Will not recommend this place to anyone traveling thru Bentonville, Ar.
