No shower curtain in room, Window was out upon arrival but i put it in, Not enough pillows on bed and when i ask for extras, was told didn't have any. only 1 towel and wash cloth for 2 people didn't make sense.

Checked in late.... Only stopped for one night. It was fine.
Decent for one night. The hotel seemed to be pretty new. I wasn't used to there not being staff overnight. The price was convienant.
hidden disaster my overall experience was disappointing, I thought it would be a lobby area, not. no room service the staff was mean and not very hospitable. I booked until the 26th of November; but had to check out 1 day in advance, when i went to the front desk check out area, there was no staff. it was supposed to open at 8 A.M I left and came back 2hrs later, still no staff. I paid cash and they just kept my money. he staff come in when they please. very unsatisfied

So very disappointed!!!! The toilet ran constantly all night, the towels in the room were stain and torn, hair was in the microwave roaches were present refrigerator was a little dirty no soap in the room didn't have a full roll of toilet paper no ice machine. Room was too small to my liking.
