Could be a lot worse. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights but only used the room to sleep and shower. Worked perfectly for that. Bring your own soap; they don't provide soap and shampoo.

Very poor customer service. No one answered the phones and the front offices closes. You have to pay for Wi-Fi, cleaning, dishes, and linen exchange. The beds weren't Super comfortable but the room was nice and clean. This is an OK place to use as an apartment but not great for short trips.

Nice for the price if you're patient Very nice room, be sure to bring a bedside lamp. Staff is nice when there. No regular hours for front desk coverage and emergency numbers don't work at all

Too much for your money The hotel staff was great, the booking company that I use book me to a room that was not available with double beds the hotel staff was eager to accommodate me and honor the booking. They gave me too single rooms until a double came available at no extra carcharge.
