First room air did not work and had to go to another one
I didn't like that in order to check in I had to call a number from a phone in the lobby, wait for a response, have that person notify an employee that I was there, then wait for said employee to come open the office to check me in…
People kept trying to come in the middle of the night
First time being in an extended stay hotel, and my experience was good.
Me time This is my 2nd time staying at this location and like the 1st visit the room was clean, service was great, & slept like a baby.
Rooms are ok, service was good but thin walls and floors make it a must to be on the top floor, because of the noise
