New hotel.....not smooth transition at check in....bed was too small for us and popped and squeaked. No one at counter to check out.....wood window pulled down. Another employee came through and asked were we checking out.....told her yes and she took our key cards and asked which room.
Nice for the price The front desk staff at check in wasn't very pleasant. No welcome, no smile, no conversations.😞
1st stay... probably last as well. To start off with....my room was on the end where the outside door entrance was not working at all...then it took 5 minutes to get in my room because the door wouldn't recognize my key card to unlock. There was old dried up spaghetti in the kitchenette drawers and what really made me ill .....NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER....LUKE WARM AT BEST. I did like that they had a laundry room with several washers and dryers tho.

No shower curtain in room, Window was out upon arrival but i put it in, Not enough pillows on bed and when i ask for extras, was told didn't have any. only 1 towel and wash cloth for 2 people didn't make sense.

hidden disaster my overall experience was disappointing, I thought it would be a lobby area, not. no room service the staff was mean and not very hospitable. I booked until the 26th of November; but had to check out 1 day in advance, when i went to the front desk check out area, there was no staff. it was supposed to open at 8 A.M I left and came back 2hrs later, still no staff. I paid cash and they just kept my money. he staff come in when they please. very unsatisfied
