Room wasn't cleaned the best, floor had sticky spots upon arrival however they did freshen up my room by taking out trash and replacing towels and toilet tissue without having to request. The room didn't appear the same as the photos and the bed wasn't very comfortable.Front desk was very friendly but hard to catch someone there without having to wait several minutes after having to call them to come during regular hours. It was however, quite and peaceful so that along with the friendly staff trumped everything.
New hotel.....not smooth transition at check in....bed was too small for us and popped and squeaked. No one at counter to check out.....wood window pulled down. Another employee came through and asked were we checking out.....told her yes and she took our key cards and asked which room.
Nice for the price The front desk staff at check in wasn't very pleasant. No welcome, no smile, no conversations.😞
1st stay... probably last as well. To start off with....my room was on the end where the outside door entrance was not working at all...then it took 5 minutes to get in my room because the door wouldn't recognize my key card to unlock. There was old dried up spaghetti in the kitchenette drawers and what really made me ill .....NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER....LUKE WARM AT BEST. I did like that they had a laundry room with several washers and dryers tho.
