The floors in my room had clearly not been vaccumed. Not debris visible to the eye but felt when walking on them. No bed spread or comforter on the bed. The mattress squeaked so loudly with every movement that it woke me multiple times throughout the night. Very basic comforts provided and with absolutley no level of upgrade or basic luxuries. It felt like a well used dorm room.

Clean and Friendly Stopped over while driving through. The hotel is off the main road. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Sleepless in Birmingham-area The hotel seemed pretty new, but it was DEFINITELY geared more toward business/someone staying for a length of time. The floor wasn't clean and we had to ask for more towels because they couldn't count for a family of four. When my husband asked for the towels the receptionist wanted to argue with him about it! To top it off, they allowed a dog to bark ALL NIGHT LONG so that non of us could get any rest :-( Would recommend one of the other 5 hotels in the immediate vicinity before trying to go ba... read more

I didn't like that in order to check in I had to call a number from a phone in the lobby, wait for a response, have that person notify an employee that I was there, then wait for said employee to come open the office to check me in…
