Terrible!!! Very old and dirty. The elavatr was dirty and scary. The rooms look nothing like the outside of the hotel. This hotel is for transient guests or long stay. We left at 6:00 am after not sleeping due to the person next to us having the tv on all night long. At 6:00 am there was no one in the lobby/building.

Cheap rates, get what you pay for. First night had reservation issues, attendant went home for the night while i was working on the issue, had to saty somewhere else that night. Staff is rude, maid service is weekly, which they rarely actually perform, and when they do, they only make bed, no sweeping or vaccuming...

The receptionist was rude. Our room smelled musty. When we told her about the smell she made no attempt to make it better. The room had no towels. When I told her that I needed towels she placed two unfolded towels on the counter. There were only two pillows on the bed. There was no coffee in the room or in the lobby. The halls smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke. I will not be staying here again.

Never again This was my 1st and last time staying here. The room was bland with a funny smell. You needed to slide your hotel key to get in but the key would not work correctly so people passing by would let you in. Otherwise you'd have to keep trying and wait. The elevator wasn't working correctly so it took forever to get in and out. The worse part was laying down with my 1 year old and a loud noise wakes us. Hotel Stay During Alabama-Auburn Iron Bowl Week I arrived on Saturday evening looking for a nice comfortable room with basic amenities. The room was clean, no towels, hair dryer, chairs were hard plastic (e.g., kind of classroom-type), only one mini-bottle of shampoo/conditioner and facial bar of soap that did not smell great. The normal room rate based on a Google search was $34.95 but since the Alabama-Auburn Iron Bowl game was the attraction on Saturday afternoon, the room rate was nearly tripled to $95.00. User Beware This place was embarrasing. I booked this place trusting Expedia had some type of standards. The interior reminded me of an asylum. The TV is the size of a computer monitor. Cheap plastic chairs. Bathroom had no toiletries, two towels for four people. Beds were hard and full size in name only. The staff had no idea what being polite and having manners meant. Horrible, dirty, unsafe We only chose this hotel because all others within 30 miles were sold out because of the race and football. The only good thing about this location was the nice guy sitting at the desk, other than that I wish I could leave a negative star review. The problems started when we spent at least 20 minutes "checking-in", the front desk was closed- it was 8pm, so there was a guest working the computer and handing out keys.
