Lumpy night We stayed in the location of Bessemer, Alabama. The night attendant was very okey and helpful. The hotel however was terrible. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds ever. No ice machine. I booked through hotels.com. I booked a room with 2queen beds and a sleeper sofa for &75 night. When we got there, the attendant said they don’t have those type of room at all and their price is $71 per night. It was so confusing. The room overall was clean and neat. Just a terrible nights sleep.

Bad Business Had to use phone hanging on phone to call a number for guest clerk to come register us in took awhile the she said since it was after hours our reservations from hotels.com wouldn’t let our payment go through so we had to cancel it book with her directly and we haven’t received a refund

If you arrive after hours, you must dial a number from the entrance which connects to corporate. In turn, they contact the hotel personal to open the front desk to check you in. In other words, be prepared to wait. Outside my door on the linoleum floor was a spilled drink that had dried which we stepped over to get in. In the room, there was mud on the floor, hair in both beds, and stains on the bed spread.

got there at 7:oo pm. nobody at front desk. stood there for 15 minutes and trying to call as well. never got checked in. thank goodness. a dump!!!

WORST HOTEL EVER!!!! We stayed here b/c it was last minute and all the hotels in Tuscaloosa were WAY OVER priced for Family Weekend. We drove in Friday to spend time with our daughter and called the hotel to tell them we would be late!! WELL... they didn't tell us the front office close down at 10pm so you have to dial the phone on the wall and wait for someone to come help us. It took over 10 min. Then after we ck in and go to our room NO SOAP or SHAMPOO... and the room smelt like smoke and it was very UNCLEAN. It looked li... read more
