TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Check in was 3pm we arrived at 3am and the keys didn't work... the front desk was closed for the night and staff didn't return until 8am... so even though I paid for a hotel room my family and I had to sleep in the car. When staff arrived that morning I was asked "What do you want me to do" and advised "We can't give you a refund". OUTRAGEOUS

Beware Don't ever stay at this hotel if in Bessemer. They don't even have people that work the front desk after the first part of the evening. We did t even have any wash cloths in our room and we couldn't get any because no one was at the two t desk to help. Awful service!!!

What a SURPRISE I have never been so disappointed in my life. I travel a lot and I have never been more surprised than when we arrived around 11:00 pm. I am not one to just show up without calling first especially when I know I will be coming in way after check in. I called and the guy that answered told me that no one would be at the front desk to call security and he would have our key. well I should have know then that I was in for the surprise. Not that great. Would not stay here again. The bed linens had brown stains on them.....one over 6 inches round. The comforter was stained. Bulbs were burned out. The room was very loud./noisy....interstate noise kept me away all night. Sketchy clientele thru out the hotel.

Please DON't I am glad that you asked, I arrived at the hotel at 10:00pm with my 4 year old daughter. We called the number for assistance, so that we could check in, and no one answered, 15 minutes later, Leslie open the curtain, and told me that she was closing out, and that she would be with me in a second.I asked her, how long is a second, because my daughter has to use the restroom. Leslie, then inform me that she couldn't find the key for the bathroom. She finally ask me my name, and then she gave me my room key,stating... read more

not what I expected. the hotel is very isolated, it was hard to find. they have nothing you would expect at a hotel. no iron, or ironing board, dryers, ice machine or coffee maker. bring everything you need or you'll be sorry.

The floor of our room was dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. None of us got a good nights sleep. The walls are under insulated, we could hear everything happening in the adjacent room.
