WORST HOTEL EVER!!!! We stayed here b/c it was last minute and all the hotels in Tuscaloosa were WAY OVER priced for Family Weekend. We drove in Friday to spend time with our daughter and called the hotel to tell them we would be late!! WELL... they didn't tell us the front office close down at 10pm so you have to dial the phone on the wall and wait for someone to come help us. It took over 10 min. The check in to this hotel was abysmal. It took almost 30 minutes for someone to come to the window. We went to our room and someone was in there and not very cordial when we opened the door. The attendant said no one should have been there. We asked for a refund and left. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
