The check in to this hotel was abysmal. It took almost 30 minutes for someone to come to the window. We went to our room and someone was in there and not very cordial when we opened the door. The attendant said no one should have been there. We asked for a refund and left. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Employee service what customer? It was fine until I had to leave early.. No set system that benefits the customer in this situation.. Hotel first .. Employee Second.. what customer?

Check in counter closes at 11pm. I called the hotel that we will be arriving/checking in after 11pm. When we arrive at the hotel, check in counter is closed and there is a note at the check in counter to call a number, so i did.
