Check in counter closes at 11pm. I called the hotel that we will be arriving/checking in after 11pm. When we arrive at the hotel, check in counter is closed and there is a note at the check in counter to call a number, so i did. It took 12 mins before somebody showed up, check our booking and was told that my booking was cancelled by expedia for not showing up before the counter close by 11pm and have to pay instead. feeling trapped on a situation and was already 1am and tired, i was told by the clerk to make a payment (i al... read more

This was a horrible first experience. My fiancee and I were about 45 minutes from home, but too tired to continue driving, so we decided to get a room for a few hours. Needless to say, I couldn't get anyone to answer to confirm that they received our last minute reservation, so we proceeded to the property, maybe they were busy. NO!!! Idk Well when I got there there was no one at the front desk I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for someone to get on the phone with me. Once I checked in and went into my room it wasn't what it was supposed to be my receipt said a double bed it only had one bed the phone in the room did not work the room smelled a little bit and the room was very small

Its far off the road. Customer service close early and we were unable to speak to anyone until in the morning. Also there is no irons in the room.

Interstate access only good thing about this Hotel Common areas did not get swept the Whole weekend Trash / grapes in the elevator the Whole weekend. The Beds were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE....like sleeping on box springs

Avoid if looking for a real hotel stay. It was okay I suppose for what it's meant for as an extended stay with transient population. If you need somewhere to stay for a week on a tight budget then I guess. Don't expect hotel style accommodations. It looked clean, but I personally washed the sheets didn't trust it. There were Ants near the stove area, and some type of bug in the bathtub area. The bed squeaks and the hallway smells. There were people that had a door open, they were drinking and whatever else.
