Dissatisfied completely Was nothing like what the advertised. Did not get clean towels. Could not get room service to answer. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Dirty bathroom. Shower was horrible.

This was literally the worst experience I had at any hotel in my life. Took 45 mins to check in having to wait until the front desk clerk come down to help me. Then they said they didn’t have my reservations after I showed her my email and text from Expedia so the hotel charged me. Then she couldn’t get the door keys to work after trying 8 different keys. I would advise everyone to never ever stay here. Staying outside in your car would be better.

I was disappointed because the rooms look like an old fashion college dorm room with unstacked bunkbeds and no closets.

Not worth the bargain. Pay the extra elsewhere! The desk clerk was extremely rude. When she eventually assigned us a room it had a pungent medicine-like odor and the blanket on the bed had a strong moldy smell.
