I paid over $500 to stay for 10 days and I have bed bugs. I'm going to see how they handle it tomorrow.

I had booked a king sized bed for $82. When I got to the hotel, she said that my room wasn’t available. The hotel had already taken my money. She gave me a room that was $69 instead. If I book a room, the room should be ready by check in time.... I came at 5pm.

No sleep No extra consideration for people not using the extended stay. Have to pay for towels and take out ur own garbage. Pillows and Beds awful!!! Sound from people above u awful!!! Got no rest!

Vinyl floors in all hallways. Laminate wood bedrooms. No sound barrier that carpets offer. Bed horrible springs very loud. Towels were for a kid no way to get dry. No staff on duty unless emergency. Soap unusable. Arrived late so you have to call a number to gain entrance. Left 10am Sunday. No lobby or desk clerk. Generally clean but no sense of security there at all. this is not just a hotel its a place that people live. has many disabled broken down cars in the parking lot and people who appear to be on drugs hanging out in the parking lot. the place smells of marijuana. I would not recommend staying here.

Let's not mince words....you don't EVER want to stay here. For $76 per night, I expected a simple, comfortable room, no frills. But this place was completely unacceptable. I picked up the remote control, and it was covered in some sticky substance. The floor was completely sticky, like I was walking on a giant piece of velcro.
