It’s the worst I have ever been, it’s dirty, the smell of the dirty carpet was disgusting through the whole floor Hallway

I made a reservation 1 hour before the check in. We made in a smoking room, my mistake. My wife has asthma and it was imposible to stay. The supervisor told us we could cancel and then refuse make a refund.

This property is, indeed, very unique. It is uninhabitable. It stinks! The smell is so strong that I couldn’t breathe. Smelled of Bug Spray (?). I reported it to the lady at the front desk, & she looked at me as if I was speaking Greek. She said she would send somebody up to check it out. Nobody came. The sheets were clean but stained. Uninhabitable conditions, room was full of mold. It was visible and smelled terrible, television didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, bed springs poked several areas of my body, soiled linen. I slept fully dressed and didn’t get under the cover at all. I felt nasty just being there
