The bed cover was dirty and worn. The room smelled terrible, and the hallway also had a bad odor. There was no hairdryer, no shampoo, and no basic kitchen amenities.

The kitchen was completely bare. Not even soap for the sink. No dishes, silverware or towels. No glasses even. A bar of soap in the bathroom and nothing else. Flooring is damaged, lots of rust and every time you sit on the toilet the whole back lifted and when you stood back up it banged on the wall. I spent 125$ for a clean bed. It was loud too. Twice my door was knocked on but there was no one there.

We felt unsafe. Cancelled our remaining trip for there. would not recommend to anyone. people loitering around the building.

Bugs were found in the room. People smoking pot in and around the building. Arrive at hotel with five police cars at the entrance of the hotel dealing with a dispute. I will never or recommend anyone to stay here. I felt that I was staying in a subsidized housing project. Highly recommend to stay somewhere else.

Chek in was bad and slow. She was on her phone the whole time. The whole hotel smells like weed. Room was cleanish. Hotel felt dirty. Bare bones amenities. Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were thin and towards the end of the life. Do not recommend.

The TV didn't work and they didn't move us all made any effort to get us another TV so we spent the whole night without a TV didn't even give us a break

It was rundown, remodel was terrible, shower faucet fell off in hand, no shower for 2 days, bath light fixture fell down, smoke alarm fell off of wall, toilet ran all night, hall and room smelled. The lobby was remodeled.

Dirty rooms, never once did I get a cleaning service my whole stay. Yelling and arguing in the hallways in the middle of the night. No security or security guards anywhere
