Property did not meet expectations. Queen size bed, that was promised, was smaller than some double beds. Staff said all beds in that property were the same size. To her credit, the desk clerk called their other places but nobody had a bigger bed.

DON’T STAY, RUN… Customer service were unprofessional. Didn’t give us the welcome speech and the sudden changes to breakfast and towels. False advertisement. When we reserved our room it stated free breakfast. The next day, no breakfast. They stated they just stopped it. Towels, went to ask the cleaning lady to get new towels, with an attitude, she stated to go see the front desk. Front desk stated that they just initiated towel service for $1.75. When I arrived to check in, I had to wait at least 5 mins for the receptionist to arrive. After checking in, there were no cart dollies. There were none available for check out at well. I don’t even know what the dollies look like…. The room had a distinct mildew smell. Overall it was clean-ish, but a bit old-looking. Not every guest will appreciate the height of the bed. Unfortunately this property is being used as a residence for some families. Also it is being used as temporary residence for recently released inmates. The room had a strange smell. I ended up placing a car freshener in the ac vent. The linen wasn’t clean. The staff commented on how the linen wasn’t clean even after being washed. I can say however the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would not stay or recommend this location to anyone.

The room was supposed to have a couch/pullout bed but it did not. Staff was really nice.
