Smelled awful, One little bar of soap, no shampoo, check in lobby was unwelcoming, wasn't sure if we were in the right area to check in.

The hotel was so dirty the front desk lady said no dogs….well the next room over had dogs barking.No hairdryer no shampoos it was horrible.Never again you should be ashamed.And another thing they have section 8 people living in the hotel!!OMG!!Really 😡

Stay somewhere else My standards are not high; my family and I often stay at budget hotels, but this hotel was really bad. If I can rate it zero stars, I would. The room smelled musty. Floors were sticky and dirty. Basic kitchen necessities were not provided, you have to pay for it. Internet speed was extremely slow even after paying for an upgrade. We will not stay here again. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere else. If I hadn't fully prepaid online, we would've checked out right away.

Não recomendo Local muito descuidado, poltrona do quarto rasgada, não havia sequer água na vending machine, muito barulho dos hóspedes, não fica funcionário lá durante a noite, fazem o que querem de barulho, som alto, não tinha sequer sabonete no quarto

Rooms not clean or ready We went to check in at 4pm and both rooms were not ready. We were told that it would be an hour before the 2 rooms would be ready. At 7pm only one room was ready but the ac was leaking, the second room was just starting to be cleaned. This was the worst service we as a family have ever had when trying to stay at a hotel. We never stayed and took the two ride back to our house for the night. We will never book this hotel again

They stole me. I went there do stay in this hotel , when I got there one of the employees said that I didn’t have a reservation, so I turn a get out from there , but for my suprisse the charge one night. Please explain to me. How they could charge if the guy didn’t find my reservation? Bad people and bad services.
