My worst hotel experience ever. When someone finally arrived to let me in they did not have a room for me and claimed that Expedia over booked. They placed me in a room that should not have been rented out. The floors were dirty with food on it, the shower did not work and was rusty. I had to bath in the sink. The toilet had poop stains in it, cigarette burns in the bathroom, the sheets were dirty

Gum attached 2 string on d wall, bug on d bed, woke 2 get ready 4 work grabbed my boots & 2 bugs ran by, whole motel smell like unwashed animals, trash was inside the elevator, vending machine's hardly have anything in them, etc charge 2 much not 2 be kept up better

My stay wasn’t terrible but the environment of the property wasn’t what I expected for a hot that looked fairly new/recently remodeled. Though I selected a smoke free option (and every door I passed had the no smoking sign) the entire 3rd floor had the odor of cigarettes and marijuana. I found a roach in the sink as I was checking out, the walls are thin so I could hear those next to and above me and lastly the shower temperature stays at lukewarm though I put it on the highest setting to get hot water. Horrible! The worste! It was our worst experience for not a cheap price. We paid $126/night....and it is just a garbage ...we found a pair of underware in the bath tub, the whole place stinks.....smells like dog....we will stay away from it!

This is by far the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I have been completed catfished. I am beyond pissed off that I had to stay here and could not switch hotels and get my money back. This hotel is filthy, they are filled with dogs and sloppy drunk people. The dogs pee all over the hotel, the entire hotel stinks of cigarettes, mold, mildew, and the food that people cook in there rooms.
