It took over an hour to check in because they couldn’t find a record of my reservation and the room smells real nasty.

Do not stay The most horrible experience I’ve had booking a hotel. I had to yell out to someone after waiting 5 minutes in the lobby during operational hours to check in. The room was filthy! Brown stuff on the toilet, hair on the counters and crumbs of food on the floor. Also found a dead baby roach on the sheets once I pulled it back. Went down stairs to get another room but I found 2 dead roach in the sink.

The front desk lady was nice but the over all experience was terrible. Dogs peed all in the elevators and no one cleaned after them. The beds were rock hard. The smell of weed all day everyday through out the hotel. Just a very bad experience.

Don’t recommend ! That place smelled strong , mattress is very uncomfortable & the bathroom showers were poorly cleaned. Never will stay at that hotel again. So many smokers at that hotel. Not good if you have allergies or children.

Hallway carpets had terrible smell. No iron. Coffee and tea were advertised but not available

I booked a reservation online through Expedia and received a confirmation number and booking number but when we got to the hotel they did not have our reservation and the hotel was full so we had to spend the next 45 minutes trying to find another hotel to spend the night. I’ve tried to call Expedia last night and this morning and was told that there be a six hour wait until I receive a return call. This is no way to do business.
