Homeless Shelter??? Upon entering the hotel, I came across a few people that looked a bit homeless that were actually stating there. The second issue was that I requested a r room with a queen sized bed and a pull out couch with 2 ottomans but was told that all they had was a room with 2 queen sized beds! Next issue, I walked into my room and was hit with a scent of roach spray that was sprayed all in the sink, I'm assuming housekeeping did that. Terrible smell throughout the hotel. Looked like somebody stepped on dog’s number 2 and it was all over elevator’s floor. Worst place we ever stayed !

Dirty sheets with poop on then and also the floor. Damp towels that smelled like mildew

Very bad wi fi connection. The basic is super slow if you want faster it’s additional $7 ! No cleanning at all in 15 days we stayed !!!

This place is not a normal hotel this is for homeless people, the place smell horrible everything is dirty, trash at the floor all over, the internet doesn’t work, this place shouldn’t be promoted as a stay in. This was the worse experience of my life for me and my family. Expedia should really take care of his customers I have more that 15 years using this site but never again.

Upon arrival, I checked in and immediately left to get food. Once arrived back, front desk was closed and I went to room to discover stains on sheet and a broken Window blinds. I called front desk following day after work and was told I should’ve alerted them up to 15mins after checking in. I checked in and went for f

Not clean the property has roach problem and you don't get what you pay for and the property is horrible toward pets and it's a pet friendly hotel! Housekeeping is horrible! No staff at all in hotel after hours! Fire alarm goes off at very late hours like at 3am in the mornings no staff to assist with yhe the fire drill! Staff don't speak English!

The hotel was ran down with garbage all the time there were roaches in my room an exterminator came and there were roaches days after. The hallways smelled really bad as well the night staff was rude. I will never recommend or stay there again
