Hotel staff was friendly. Room was horrible. Wood floors with no carpet. Cockroaches crawling on the wall. Very skimpy bedsheets and pillows. Almost has the feel of one of those "charge by the hour" places.

Not what I expected I chose this hotel because it had a kitchen; the two electric stove burners were bent, there were no kitchen utilities what so ever. The bed was small, uncomfortable and made lot of noise. We could hear all sounds of people coming in and out of their rooms.

Booked and showed up. No advertisement for their policy: dont rent to SC residents.

Had to change the room heavy smell. In top of what a light bulb explode in the bathroom. So i got wake up by someone trying to enter in my room cause the agent last night didn't put in the the room she gave me.

Not so good Not much bang for the buck. Very plain and minimal. Bathroom bugs no extra charge.

Two hour stay at Woodsprings I arrived around 6pm and waited at the counter to get checked in. When we got to the room the counter person had gotten there before me and was cleaning "checking" the room to see if maid had cleaned. Nothing looked amiss, but there was no carpet, etc. That's ok, we thought. We left to go get some items from Walmart and returned 45 minutes later. Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. We're sorry your stay was disappointing.

Non smoking rm we reserved was not avail! Wehad to take single bed instead and were charged same price! No coffee , coffee maker, cups ,shampoo,etcwere avail! Deserve a refund!

Go elsewhere The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. The room was probably the worst I have stayed in. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in several stays. I would not stay there again. Not worth $82.
