The room was half cleaned( debris in different areas of the floor), the noise was ridiculous at night but overall, everything was fine.

Wood spring Suites Ashley Phasphate, Charleston SC My booking was changed 2 hours before my departure (2pm, we left at 4) to a sister hotel on Rivers Ave. I was told that the guests decided to extend their stay that afternoon so I was moved. The hotel staff at Ashley Phasphate was extremely rude and even hung up on me when I asked her name! The staff on Rivers Ave were pleasant and helpful and even informed me that my booked stay would not have been changed because someone else decided to extend their stay. Disappointed Front desk clerk at check-in was polite and helpful. However, during our stay the heat went out in the room and there was no maintenance staff avaliable to repair it, leaving us to sleep on the cold. No other rooms avaliable for us to move to.
