The staff memeber and another that resolved my earlier issues were very polite professional and efficient. Overall this hotel is a good value. I do wish for coffee and fitness center.

Last time I was there at wood spring hotel last couple years ago and now I noticed it change it was not same it was before .And I like it’s plus I would like come back again .

never received housekeeping and I was there for a week. The front desk ladies were very rude when asking for assistance and advice.
