Minimalist's Dream Save your money for fun things instead of paying for an overdone hotel. Value Place provides minimal services, no carpet, but everything is super clean and works. The onsite coin laundry is inexpensive and worked great. The staff was very efficient and friendly. All I want is a clean place to sleep, watch TV and use wifi in the evenings. The microwave and refrigerator were a great bonus so I didn't have to eat out.

The room was ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS! For the type of travel that we do, this place was perfect. The room was ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS, the staff were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The décor kind of reminded me of Shaker as it was functional, nothing fancy, but we liked it. For the price, amenities and cleanliness, we couldn't have asked for more. The only drawback was the bed...a bit too hard for us, but otherwise a great, economical place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Good place for long term business stay Nice place to stay for a good night sleep after a long hard day. Just wish they provide cleaning service more often. Beds are not very comfortable. But this place is clean and sade for the most part.

Kitchen! You have to rent pots and pans. 2 plates.. 2 towels, and every time you needed a new towel you had to take it to the front desk to exchange.

I stayed 7 days sat thru sat Room was spotless clean and I am a recovering From OCD I was able to enjoy my vacation because the room was up to my standards the only pet peeve I have is my be Telling other guest that they should consider having respect for other guest in the hotel by not congrateing or speaking loudly in the hallways after 10 pm and beyond sleeping hours other than that I would recommend this hotel 5 stars
