Upon arrival I noticed loitering around the property. The lady at the counter was very nice and supportive. After checking in and entered the hallway I noticed a strong presence of cigarette smoke. I entered my room and went to shower. I went to pull the lever at the bottom spout and noticed it was loose from the wall, shower head leaked from the threads spilling water out the shower, tub drain dirty and clogged, one towel had a brown stain (disgusting)… desk light didn’t work and tv didn’t work. They tell you when you get there it’s an extra $109 smoking deposit, we will see if I actually get it back. The floor in my room was slipper like it was covered in grease! The toilet and shower were both broken!

Think twice before booking here. I was charged an incidental fee that was outrageous. Also told the incidental fee was to be paid in cash but would be refunded to the card I had on file to make the reservation which sounded shady. Online 1st got one price got there to check and was charged 3 times the rate I made the reservation for. The front desk worker was very unprofessional arguing with someone on their cellphone while ignoring that I was trying to check in for over 20 minutes until I left and went somewhere else

Locals that don't live on the property won't let you enjoy your stay. It's like we were an inconvenience to them, so we sought lodging elsewhere unfortunately.

Expedia booked me for one night at Extended Stay America, but Extended Stay America actually doesn't book for a single night anymore. So Expedia defrauded my kids and me. Wish we had known that before arriving at Extend Stay America at 10 p.m. and being turned away. Expedia sucks. Please contact me about my refund, which still hasn't come through

Smokers throughout the hotel including staff. Puke in front lobby. Trash in elevator. Roaches in the room.

This place is absolutely disgusting. There were cockroaches in my room, the heater smell made the fire alarm go off and it’s in a very unsafe area. On top of that - you have to pay a refundable incidental fee that is twice the price of the room. There are no incidentals in these rooms - bare basics. I asked the front desk person when I would receive that money back and he said the very next day it would be credited.
