Elevator was down and we were on w4th floor. No address was provided and we went to the wrong hotel.

We will never stay here again. There was no bathroom other than our room, the roaches were smeared on the walls all over, they crawled the walls and floors, our heater in the room wasn't fully functioning and the smell of cigarettes and weed was strong. We called the help line and we addressed our issues with the front desk. They said they would change our room and new room for bugs. Once we got back from our event that day all the staff was gone home. We never got any help. This place is terrible.

Hotel bed didn't have any sheets refrigerator was nasty

Do not stay here Cockroaches everywhere even after I sprayed down my entire room. People doing frogs in the parking lot. After I decided I had had enough and wanted to leave the front desk staff was mean and rude about me deciding to leave.

There was cockroaches in the room. I have pictures, would like a manager to call me or even a refund. Dirty, no soap, shampoo, cups or anything in the room.

This was a last minute booking. This hotel was the only reasonable rate at the time of booking. I had to sleep with the window open to be able to breathe because the room contain too much smoke. I wiped everything down with Lysol wipes there was dirt on the surface of the table, nightstand, and etc. This is a place for a company to rent for their worker to stay when they are in town to do a job. This is not a place to stay for a weekend getaway or a vacation.

This hotel was the worse hotel I have stayed at. The outside had prositute hooking up with guest. The hotel say masks were required but nobody working there had masks on. Our room had roaches, no drawer on the nightstand. The elevator smelled like Marijuana. The only positive was the workers. Also, paper thin walls. Expedia should not have thia inn listed.
