Stinky Room was awful! Floors were sticky, hair on all surfaces, and something splattered on the TV. Smelled like a boys locker room.

The rooms need serious upgrade.

Don’t go here, it’s a cheap roach motel. We had to move to another room because there were puberty hair still on the sheets. Horrible! The staff was nice! No iron because everyone “stole” them according to the staff. Never again it was like false advertisement! We were so happy to leave!

The property was dirty and had a distinct smell. it was also in a noisy surrounding near the railroad and airport which made it hard to sleep. We also only slept there for one day and didn't get a refund for the other three days.

Tre, the front desk clerk did all he could BUT he had to run to 6 different rooms to find out which one had 2 beds which I had reserved. He seriously RAN to them. He came back and said he found it and all he had to do was wash the floors. HE HAD TO WASH THE FLOOR??? The owners, and managers need to step up! The front desk clerk cannot do everything by himself. Thank you Tre for trying so hard and working so hard. This place does not deserve to have you as an employee. Needless to say, I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Hair on the bed and in the bed, the 3rd hotel ive ever walked out of ( the pics online are a joke) i want a full redund for the portion charged by expedia

For the price to stay for 1 night it was extremely low quality room and hotel. The hotel smelled pretty bad in the hallways and the sheets in the room smelled too. Everything in the room also made a lot of noise. The bathroom (drips coming from the bathroom air vent), AC unit coming on and off every 10 mins to cool down the room, the walls are paper thin and the floors are hardwoods so you can hear everything and everyone inside the hotel)
