The pic on the internet shows a very different reality, honestly we got scared wen we got there, the smell of cigarette and weed everywhere, is gross dirty, we’re glad was just one night We never come back again

After booking the hotel and paying, I get a phone call from the property stating that they are completely sold out and that I need to seek reimbursement. After no resolution, and no refund, however, was assured that it would happen, and it was just all extremely inconvenient that I had to find another hotel, and that the issue is still not resolved and outstanding.

We left after 10 minutes in room. The hallways and elevator on the way to the room were dirty and smelled. The room was dirty and had bugs on the floor dead and alive. We will call expedia later about a refund. Would not recommend this place at all. Man at check in desk was accommodating.

Shocking Was shocked there were no items nor coffee pot. Cupboards were empty except for a couple dead bugs. The bathroom sink was partially plugged.
