I personally went to this property to pay for my daughter's room and was told I did not have a room reserved . I spoke with front desk clerk Kendra Souther , General Manager as she called other properties in the area and no reservation was found in my name . But my bank card was charged $113.99 on 7/14/2021. This charge will be disputed . I am not happy

Hotel from hell My stay wasn't the best, to put it mildly or politely. I went into a den of homeless people, drug addicts and frightening looking people. This is not a hotel you should go to unless it is your last hope. I left with a cough because there was smoke coming into my room through the vents. People were allowed to smoke inside their rooms so the hallways were all smelling. There were roaches everywhere.

Limpieza muy pobre me cambiaron de habitación y la otra habitación estaba peor…no tenía puesta las toallas en su lugar ni la cortina de la bañera estaba todo encima de la cama,las sábanas de la cama estaban sucias,microondas,bañera,piso de la habitación y habían cucarachas

For $100 a night this place is FAR from what you expect. The room was TINY, no visible insects but there was a nice big spider web, the tub leaked and the toilet didn’t flush properly. My husband and I both barley slept at all with all the slamming doors and noisy people outside our window at 3 am. You may as well stay at a motel 6, they’re nicer.

Terrible stay. Use any other woodsprings.. maybe. They had roach bugs. The lady at the front desk had no service skills. She was incredibly rude. And they over charge you for everything on account of covid.

Was disgustingly maintained. No front desk service. Used horribly small (two) same towels the whole three days and nights we stayed there. Was noisy while next door tenants blasted music. Was listed as non-smoking but had horrible smell of smoke. Dirty and filthy. We had to clean just to feel a bit more comfortable staying there.

This was NOT what I expected. It is not in a great area & the hotel is primarily occupied by long-term stays. Hair EVERYWHERE in our bathroom when we arrived. No ice machines & they nickel & dime you for everything. The hallways & stairways reeked of marijuana at night. Will definitely NEVER stay here again & will not recommend to anyone. If I had been able to be refunded, I would have cancelled upon arrival.
