Never ever again!!! The only good thing about this hotel was the friendly staff. I would never stay at a Woodspring Suites again, ever! The floor was sticky and dirty. There was no phone or coffee machine in the room. They never made the bed the whole 3 days we were there. If I wanted clean towels I had to bring the old ones to the desk in exchange for clean ones. Ended up leaving the second we got there. The hotel staff was nice enough they actually gave us a full refund it just wasn't what we thought

this hotel is in a bad neighborhood. when we got to our hotel our room wasnt ready, and when we arrived at the hotel this lady came up to us. She asked us money for a room because she just got out of jail. We had to stay in another room until our room is done. The room stunk like cigrettes, my husband and i stayed dressed just in case we have to leave in the middle of the night.

I was very upset..becausei had to wait 45. Minutes for my room when they said it would be ready.. Plus the room was dirty..and house keep woke me up before check out

Most bare bones room I had ever seen Basic hotel, cheap, decently clean. No shampoo or soap included. No frills room in a not so great part of town. Check in starts no earlier than 3, my room was not ready until nearly 5, front desk very unapologetic off the bat.

I will never stay @ your hotel again. It took 1 hr to check in, the computer was down. Outside of hotel trash overflow , smell was terrible. 8:30amhousekeeper wake me to say that I had a balance at front desk and asking me if I was checking out Monday. Ck out worker very rude. Rating an F.

Okay, if you paid $40/night, but at $107 inc. tx, it was very poor. Couldn't get in until 4:15 p. There was a very strong fish/curray smell in the hallway. Lots of smoke smell everywhere. Elevator was dirty. Would not stay here again.

Spartan Living No clothes hangers, no lamps on nightstand, TV remote didn't work, no carpet anywhere, shower almost came off wall and hardly worked, no ice machine, aroma of guests frying meat permeated hallway.....but air conditioning worked and the beds were sleep-able.
