Poor service This place sucks! Had to evacuate because company was leaving bc of hurricane and they made me pay for the whole stay! 6days
House keeping one day a week, shower had hair in it on arrival, have Ave to request and replace bath towels, uncomfortable bed and few others but the staff is awesome.
The worst I've EVER been too From start to finish my stay was horrifying. My family and I were there for 7 days and housekeeping not once came to our room. Then the lock on our door with stay closed when I asked for help from him he immediately got an attitude the whole time acting like you would much rather be somewhere else than here. He refused to fix out lock because he didn't like my "tone". I had to let him know that if he didn't fix it I'd call corporate. He then claimed to be from the corporate office. Cockroach It was ok. Had a weird smell and saw one cockroach and killed him. Hopefully it was the only one.

The worst experience I've had at extended stay We had reservation and traveling with 2 baby boys when we got there front desk was overbooked. Basically we ended up homeless for one night and they did nothing to help us. Will never book a stay with this brand hotel. EVER!!
Wanna stay here, rethink that idea! First, there is no ice machine at this hotel. There were no towels, soap, or shampoo in the room. It took 1.5 hrs to finally get towels and soap, but no shampoo. The hotel was directly under the departure end of the runway and was very loud.

Uncomfortable Vacation, A lot of suspect activity, lots of noise, uncomfortable bed, people trying to come into the room, always having to look out to make sure that my car wasn't being messed with.

Not again Entire hotel including room smelled of cigarette smoke. Bathtub didn't drain. Nobody at desk during checkin or out. Had to call staff on the phone.
