worse place I ever been my whole life . Service was a disaster, they lie about pretty much everything they put online, fitness, breakfast, stove, king size bed ect. You have to bring to the office dirty towels and or anything else so you can get clean one but they never have anything ready, they always say that they will bring it to your room and you will wait for ever.

Bad. Remove from your list of hotel options. Customer Service was terrible. The front desk staff are hardly ever available for help. When you call, they don't pick up. And, when you go down to wait for them there are not there. Sometimes for over 30-45min. Also, there is little conveyance for food. Nothing around the area but bad fast food places and not very many to choose from.

Awful - no one should ever stay here. No front desk, had to call and wait 40 minutes for some one to arrive. worst hotel ever. Not safe.

Nighmare The rooms are horrible and they smell. No lamps,two little flat Dollar General pillows.

Cramped. No frills. Ok place but better choices were available at almost same price

Not my best room for this trip It took 15 minutes to be checked in and two phone calls. No one was manning the counter with four customers waiting. There was no shampoo in the room and the stove was dirty. I could keep the heat on or turn it up and the thin blanket was substandard when it was below 45 degrees that night. Guests were allowed to run and scream up and down the hallways until after midnight. No hair dryer.

Made for construction crews OK, but remote didn't work. Had to get out of bed to change channel or turn off. No lamp between beds. A constant nose from arrival until 11PM in room above. Not worth the money.

Is a hot drink so much to ask? Kitchen useless. No breakfast offered, but hey, it has a kitchen! I thought the room had been robbed: no coffeepot, shampoo or hair dryer, a stove, but not a spoon, plate, pot, -- no way to use it. In the lobby I go looking for a communal hot drink station , but the very nice receptionist pointed me to a McDonald's a mile or two away for a cup of coffee at 10 p.m. Not a cup or tea bag available in the whole motel.
