Just wasn't what I expected. Had on overall bad experience with my entire trip, not only the hotel but the location I stayed as well.
Worst service ever The manager waited till 930pm the night of chdckin to tell me she doesnt have my room, told me ro take a single bed and go buy a air mattress for my kids to sleep on, went back and forth and kept telling me that the person who was supposed to leave extwnded their stay andnso they had to bump me.

Not enough space for complaint I had called the night before explaining I would be arriving early and if possible check into my room around 7 a.m. So that I could get cleaned up for a business conference. The person working on the front guest Caroline said it would not be an issue and reserved room 202 which was currently vacant and ready and would hold for my arrival. Poor quality room. Poor service Title says it all. Bed was uncomfortable. No carpeting. Keys didn’t work second day there.

Avoid at all costs Pictures flatter the hotels condition. The room was tired and dirty, the toilet was blocked and upon ringing reception (which was barely ever staffed) they offered me a plunger!! The manager was overly aggressive and confrontational. When the reception is manned its often by a guy who stinks of drugs, there are also many prostitutes in the parking lot.
